WHY are GCE's HYDRO Turbines Superior ?

Because GCE's Submersible Turbines are proven technology

and in contract negotiations with two goverments for

immediate installation .

In addition , the Carbon Credits from these projects generate

substantial additional income streams.

Status = project preparations with governments have already been started. The manufacturing of the water turbines could be done by our own factory or under licence.

The Bosporus Straits of Turkey and the bay of Galway in Ireland are currently identified by GCE as top locations. The Galway project fits into the new European alternative power grid network which will be built over the next years. The electrical potential of the locations mentioned are over 3500 megawatts each.

The continuous stream at these locations represent a perfect working environment for the UWT`s (Underwater Turbines).

Regarding Turkey , it is important to mention that we can expect a significant amount of CO₂ credit notes in addition to the primary income of selling energy.

Turkey is still a Non-European Union country and the technology has an innovative character which makes it eligible for Carbon Credits unter The Kyoto Protocol ..

This advantage will be utilized to our favour. A fast action track is mandatory, agreeing upon a PPP with the government of Turkey: The scope of the project will cover exclusivity and an overall use of the existing possibilities (result = no competition).

An UWT prototype already exists and can be inspected. A further prototype for the conditions at the Bosporus would have to be built. The ROI will become high above average, since the cost/benefit ratio is extremely good and a CO₂income stream will be generated additionally.

Up to 800 water power projects in Serbia:

The scope of the individual projects ranges between 1 MW up to 2.4 GW! Preliminary talks with engineers had already taken place, in order to find UWT (underwater turbine) solutions for the 800 hydro-electric power plant projects.

The Intellectual Property of engineers involved is in place to find perfect solutions for the scope of the 2.4 GW project .

We are establishing a pool of engineers , in order to solve all resulting technical problems .

These overall projects suit very well for a PPP (Public Private Partnership) with the government . Advantage #1 of these investment possibilities is that we can start IMMEDIATELY with some selected water power projects.

Advantage # 2: Despite reduced efficiency income will be generated through the actual technical facilities in place, we will create an income stream, which could be embedded in the financing for the renewal projects and reduce the overall investments. There are also complete reconstruction projects, which we could outsource immediately if necessary, as a spin-off from the holding.
