Strategy for New Renewable Energy Technologies and Projects
The GCE / Green Clean Energies Renewable Energy Technologies were developed by BEC's Engineers over the last 17 + years.
The reason for GCE Technologies being superior is due to the  EU Engineers having been guided by the Rules of the KYOTO Treaty and historically high energy costs in Europe.

Comparatively , America 's exploration of Renewble Energy solutions is still in its formative stages.
GCE will rapidly fast forward those efforts and results for the U.S.A. and World economies.

In All Cases , GCE is direct with the Patent  and IP Engineers .
Those Engineers are part of the GCE Project Development and Production Team .

The combination of diversified technologies serves primarily the purpose of minimizing the risk of the investment and creating possible synergies among the projects.

The stages of the realization of the single projects are varying, and ranges from Research & Development over patented technologies to the construction of production factories.

W
indfall income is generated through CO2 trading under the rules of The Kyoto Protocol ,
reducing the time frame of the ROI.

Carbon Credit Trading for GCE projects is facilitated by GCE's long time experienced ,"in house" Consultant  and Emissions Trading Specialist , Tobias Koch , for Submitting and Acquiring the Emission Rights under the United Nations , and for the accounting , management , and sales of those co2 Credits , on the EU Market . .

Company Goals and  Constitutional Fundamentals
GCE is organized as a Renewable Energy Project  Development  company.
GCE has developed the F³-Clean-Fuel Production  and  the other listed Renewable Energy Projects.

The GCE R&D Company maintains  all Proprietary Intellectual Property and Patent Rights
The Patents and IP  of each Project are either owned by GCE or Licnesed to GCE by the Patent Engineers

The GCE primary goal and project is the mass production of F³-Clean Transportation Fuels (Clean Diesel, Clean Gasoline and Clean Jet
Fuel) in a completely automated small footprint industrial algae production plant in refinery size The GCE f3 Alga Production process additionaly  produces very profitable high priced products such as essential amino acids and other valuable health products (B12, E, beta carotene) or specialty feed product (Astaxanthin)or large amounts of protein. Among the most profitable would be producing a large spectrum of pigments in such quantities . The production cost remains the same as with fatty acids.

The Additional  goals of GCE are the Development , Manufacturing and Sales of the other listed Proprietary Renewable Energy Technologies  which are lisenced to GCE .  The priority of GCE's expenditures for each Renewable Project is based on the individual Project's stage of development  and its competitive advantage .

The distribution of risks of the investment rely on following inventions/technologies:

. ALGAENTIS Alga Based Transportation Fuels
. Solar Electrical Generation Parks- Direct Photvoltaic and Thermal
. Hybrid Solar Dual Energy Panels producing Air Conditioning /Cooling ( Research Phase)
. Submersible Turbines, Tidal and Stream Flow
. Wind Parks under Costruction in Eastern EU
. Bio-Gas Recovery and Power Generation
. Oil Shale (ex-situ) Processing Using No Water
. Waste Heat to Energy  Electrical Generation
. Carbon Trading Income derived from these Projects .

 THE f3 TEAM

Company Founders and Inventor Team of F³-Clean-Fuel  - GCE Founders have had different studies, development, and experience  for this purpose, and  it was the right mixture and both brought in experienced professional partners. Klaus Lesti (1942),as a graduated engineer for machine and vehicle technologies, he is indepen-dently active in the field of mechanical construction and detailed process engineering for presti-gious companies and in his work history he has acquired various patents and industrial propertyrights. Hans Thuijs (1948), as a graduated mechanical engineer and graduated economical engineer hehas management field experience in Africa and as founder and owner of a renewable (wind ener-gy) company in USA. End of 1989 he returned to Europe and became an independent consultantfor the German Government (Treuhand) in East Berlin and privatized, managed buyouts and reor-ganized government owned companies in the area of machine construction, heavy industry andengineering, followed by years of international consulting, whereof the last 6 years as consultantfor the Hungarian Government in the area of renewable energy (Ethanol, Biogas, Biomass and Wind ) .

Helmut Schneider, Business Director of GCE  and Environmental Consultant  ,  Kühlungsborn, Germany

European Board of Director of The Green Cross, with its Renewable Energy based experience , is well staged to bring that Advanced Engineering advantage to the rest of the world. After serving duty in the German Air Force, Mr. Schneider spent years as an International Travel Agent. Mr. Schneider later held the position as a Personnel Systems Repair and Division Supervisor for MasterCard International for 5 years, broadening his skills in the financing sector. As a Commercial Real Estate Broker, Helmut Schneider  was Pricipled and the General Manager of a Frankfurt Business Hotel.  Concurrently, Mr. Schneider consulted for other new hotel projects and developments. This Position involved the mediation of the environmental problems and threats to the ecology, within the project areas of such huge hotels and tourist developments.
Additionally, Mr. Schneider is involved in developing Self Sustaining Environmental tourist developments, cleaning of potable and river water, geothermal electrical production projects, and Organic Ranking Cycle (O.R.C.) technology for utilizing waste heat and much more, all of which are sanctioned under the terms of The Kyoto treaty.Through a Global Network of Renewable Energy Patent Holders and Engineers, developed over the past 20 years.Helmut Schneider  has developed  a clear path and vision for The GCE to achieve Environmental Project Funding and Completion..

Christopher Smith (1948) Founder and President of The American Green Cross http://www.theamericangreencross.org
Oklahoma University (1967-1971 )  School of International Trade  , 35 years in the Commercial Real Estate Development and Brokerage Businesses.
Having been fortunate to have lived during the undeveloped Colorado life of the 1950s, and raised on a ranch in the Mountains, Christopher Smith  acquired an early appreciation for the unspoiled environment.

The Environmental tasks facing the World today are enormous in scope and effort, and the job can only be
managed with sufficient resources of funds and  dedicated people. By Green Clean Energies GCE gathering a group of thoughtful people, committed to protecting the Environment, who are funded  and supported through Superior Engineering ,  and who are focused to create a trusted and respected organization,  does GCE gather the strength to preserve and repair the Earth's Environment through its Green Clean Energies
